We make it simple to sell your gently used pieces through consignment. Bring in the pieces you’re no longer wearing, and we’ll take care of the rest.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Drop Off Your Items

Wednesday–Saturday | 11am–6pm | No appointment needed

Bring your items during our consignment drop-off hours and we’ll get you checked in. Check-in is quick and usually takes under 10 minutes.

Please keep in mind:

  • Limit of one bag, bin, or basket per visit
  • Items must be freshly washed and neatly folded
  • Bring items in a structured bag, basket, or bin
  • No trash bags
  • No hangers, please
  • No consignment drop offs on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays

Our non-drop-off days give our team time to process inventory, organize racks, refresh displays, and keep the store easy to shop.

2. We Sort, Price, and List

Our team sorts and prices your items based on brand, style, condition, season, and current demand.

Accepted items are listed as quickly as possible and go live both in store and on our website.

You will receive an email once your items have been fully processed and listed.

3. Your Items Sell

Your items are available in store and online, giving them maximum exposure.

Items remain on consignment for 90 days.

At the end of the 90-day period:

  • You may pick up any unsold items, or
  • Choose to have them donated to Flat River Ministries in Lowell, MI

If pickup is selected, you will have 7 days to retrieve items before they are donated.

4. Get Paid

You earn a percentage of the final selling price based on item value:

  • 30% for items priced $4.99–$14.99
  • 35% for items priced $15.00–$24.99
  • 40% for items priced $25.00–$49.99
  • 50% for items priced $50.00 and up

Payments can be requested online or picked up in store anytime during or after the consignment period.

We curate with intention and focus on pieces that feel current, elevated, wearable, and exciting.

We accept:

  • Clothing
  • Accessories
  • Handbags
  • Jewelry
  • Shoes in like-new condition

Items should be stylish, in excellent condition, freshly washed, folded, and a good fit for our current inventory needs.

BRANDS & STYLES WE LOVE

This list is not exhaustive, but it gives a good idea of what performs best in our store.

Modern brands:
Urban Outfitters, Free People, Aritzia, Brandy Melville, Princess Polly, Abercrombie, Levi’s, Madewell, Mango, select Zara pieces, and trend-forward Target pieces

Vintage styles:
90s and early 2000s denim, vintage graphic tees, slip dresses, leather jackets, varsity pieces, unique knits, standout statement items

We are focused on keeping the shop curated, easy to shop, and stocked with pieces customers are excited to find.

DROP-OFF RULES (PLEASE READ)

To maintain quality and keep the store running smoothly, the following rules are strictly enforced.

Drop-Off Days

Consignments are accepted Wednesday through Saturday from 11am–6pm only.

We do not accept consignment drop offs on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays.

One Bag, Bin, or Basket Per Visit

Drop-off limit is one bag, bin, or basket per visit.

We want consignors to be intentional when gathering items for consignment. Please separate your best pieces from basics, older items, out-of-season items, and pieces that are better suited for donation.

This helps our team process items faster and keeps the shop full of strong inventory.

No Trash Bags

Trash bags are not accepted.

They rip easily, items get tossed around, and they make it harder for our team to keep everything organized.

Items must be brought in a structured bag, basket, or bin.

No Loose Items

All items must be contained in a bag, bin, or basket. Loose items will not be sorted.

Clean Items Only

Items must be freshly washed, folded, and ready for the sales floor.

If even one item is found to be dirty, the entire consignment may be rejected and returned.

No stains, pet hair, odors, or unwashed items.

Folded Items Required

Items must be neatly folded. Unfolded or messy items will not be sorted.

No Undergarments

We do not accept underwear, bras, or lingerie of any kind.

If undergarments are found, the entire consignment will be rejected.

No Basic Layering Pieces

Plain camisoles, tanks, and basic layering items are not accepted unless they are top-selling name brands.

Fast Fashion Policy

We do not accept Shein or ultra-cheap fast fashion brands.

For a long time, we accepted some of these brands to help keep clothing out of landfills. However, they are priced too low for us to justify the labor involved in processing, tagging, photographing, listing, and merchandising them.

Target brands are acceptable when they are stylish, current, and in excellent condition.

Same-Day Pickup for Rejected Items

Items that are not accepted must be picked up the same day.

Unclaimed items will be donated, and containers will not be returned.
